As hawks that migrate in the spring are aided by the air currents rising from mountain ridges, so will this uplifting lager help us all through these trying times. The golden hue, pleasant malty character and soft finish will surely lift your spirits.

[Strong Scotch Ale / 9.0%]

Scottish legend tells of Dark Beira, an old hag who roamed the wilderness and was known as the Queen of Winter. Our tribute to this supreme goddess is a strong, malty, complex ale, which was fermented cool and aged cold. It will certainly fortify you against the wrath of her biting winds.

[New England IPA / 6.5%]

A different combination of hops will be featured in this series to express the essence of the selected hops and the way their characteristics combine. The malt base will be standardized but this version is brewed with HBC 586 and Riwaka hops.

[Belgian Golden Ale / 7.9%]

At first it seems so innocent and benign. Light in color, creamy white foam, easy drinking with a soft, spicy character... but wait! You’ve been duped! This is a wolf in sheep’s clothing! It’s too late. This “devil of a beer” has its teeth in you now. There’s no escape.

[American Wheat + Cherries / 4.0%]

Named after a character from Ovid’s Metamorphoses who was transformed into a hawk by Apollo, this American-style Wheat Ale will soar into your heart with a feathery touch of Crystal hops that round out the refreshing, bready character derived from wheat and our special blended yeast. The addition of Michigan-grown Montmorency tart cherries to our “crushable” wheat ale transforms it into a crisp and fruity delight.

[Kölsch / 4.7%]

German malts provide a light, crisp, bready character while the land race, noble Hersbrücker hop lends a soft, subtle bitterness with floral and hay-like notes. It's the ideal springtime sipper!

[West Coast IPA / 6.9%]

This American classic is bursting with abundant hoppy flavor. Altus lend a firm bitterness and resinous character while CTZ Salvo and Cascade provide pine, grapefruit and subtle berry notes. Cryo Citra in the dry hop round things out with hints of tropical and stone fruits.

[DIPA / 8.5%]

Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops... this stronger version of our flagship IPA hits with a fuller flavor and more complexity.
