1. GHOST HAWK LAGER

[Kellerbier / 5.0%] Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.

2. APEX PREDATOR

[New England IPA / 6.8%] At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.

3. RAVENDARK

[Export Stout / 7.3%] The aggressive use of roasted grains lend the intense and complex flavors of coffee and cocoa to this mighty foreign-style stout. It will transport you to a dark realm where you just might feel Immortal.

4. WHISPER HOLLOW

[Saison w/ Tangerine Peel & Coriander / 5.3%] Some Caramel and Munich malts lend an orange hue to this saison while some Flaked Rye provides a peppery note. Tangerine Peel and Coriander complement the special yeast strain with spice and citrus leading to a pithy, dry finish.

5. IDIOT QUOTIENT

[Belgian IPA / 7.2%] The hops work harmoniously with the yeast in this IPA to create complexity and intrigue. German Hüll Melon start things off while NZ Rakau and US Vista finish it in the dry hop. In the results you’ll perceive many notes including Plums, grapes, melon, spice and other stone fruits.

6. A PALE AND A PIECE OF MIND

[West Coast Pale Ale / 5.4%] A crisp, crushable West Coast Pale brewed to celebrate 20 years of A Collection of Short Stories by NJ’s own Houston Calls. Made with 2-Row, Caramel Malt, Cascade and a touch of Citra—clean, bright, and brewed with a piece of mind.

7. PEACH DAEDALION

[American Wheat w/ Peaches / 4.3%] Named after a character from Ovid’s Metamorphoses who was transformed into a hawk by Apollo, this American-style Wheat Ale will soar into your heart with a feathery touch of Crystal hops that round out the refreshing, bready character derived from wheat and our special blended yeast. The addition of peaches to our “crushable” wheat ale transforms it into a crisp and fruity delight.

8. FELDKIND

[Harvest Lager / 4.7%] A crisp, wheated pale lager brewed for the shift into fall. Built on a soft blend of German pilsner, wheat, and Dutch Munich malt, gently hopped with Glacier. Grain-forward, clean, and easy as that first chill in the air.
