GHOST HAWK LAGER
[Kellerbier / 5.0%] Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.

APEX PREDATOR
[New England IPA / 6.8%] At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.

UPDRAFT
[Anniversary Maibock / 6.5%] As hawks that migrate in the spring are aided by the air currents rising from mountain ridges, so will this uplifting lager help us all through these trying times. The golden hue, pleasant malty character and soft finish will surely lift your spirits. This year's malts include Pilsner, Munich, and Acidulated Malt with a complimentary addition of Mandarina Bavaria hops.

ROLLING HILLS
[Landbier / 4.5%]
Isaria 1924 is the oldest approved malting barley in Germany and it provides the base for this “country lager”. With a light addition of GR Spalter Select hops it has a pleasant cracker and biscuit flavor and subtle, soft notes of spice.

NEOGENESIS
[Cream Ale / 5.2%] Brewed with American pilsner malt, flaked maize and a light addition of NY "Heritage" hops, this pre-prohibition style features a straw color, delicate aroma, smooth texture and a lightly sweet finish.

SOLARVORE
[Export Stout / 7.2%] This tenebrous rite will shun the sun and all its rays. Roasted notes in the aroma give way to a charred yet smooth flavor while espresso notes emerge from the lucifugous gloom. In this darkness the sun has drowned, the sun has ceased.

INTRICATE ORDER VOL. 8
[Hazy IPA / 6.3%] Azacca and Nelson Sauvin are the stars of the eighth installment of this dual-hop series. *The supporting role goes to Alora to bring it all together!

CHERRY DAEDALION
[American Wheat / 4.0%] Named after a character from Ovid’s Metamorphoses who was transformed into a hawk by Apollo, this American-style Wheat Ale will soar into your heart with a feathery touch of Crystal hops that round out the refreshing, bready character derived from wheat and our special blended yeast. The addition of Michigan-grown Montmorency tart cherries to our “crushable” wheat ale transforms it into a crisp and fruity delight.

BACKYARD DREAMS
[English Style Summer Ale / 4.2%] Made with English floor-malted Maris Otter malt, which lends a soft, bready character while a light addition of Alora hops impart subtle hints of hay, flowers and a touch of strawberry. It’s the perfect backyard libation.

AFTER MANY WINTERS
(Can Pour) [Pear Saison / 6.5%] Michigan grown Bosc and Bartlett pears were added to a wheat-heavy saison base during the secondary fermentation to complement and enhance the character of the yeast. The results feature a pleasant sweetness with the pear subtly mingling with the spicy, perfum-y esters leading a crisp, dry finish.

BIRDSONG
(Can Pour) [Kolsch / 4.7%] German malts provide a light, crisp, bready character while noble German Hallertau hop lends a soft, subtle bitterness with floral and hay-like notes. It’s the ideal springtime sipper!

CARNELIAN
(Can Pour) [Amber Rye Ale / 4.5%] This gem was brewed with crystal rye malt, which lends the color and a toasted caramel note. It has a peppery dryness to the finish while Hüll Melon and HS09326 hops complement with subtle flavors of fruit and spice.
