1. GHOST HAWK LAGER
[Kellerbier / 5.0%]
Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.2. APEX PREDATOR
[New England IPA / 6.8%]
At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.3. RAVENDARK
[Export Stout / 7.3%]
The aggressive use of roasted grains lend the intense and complex flavors of coffee and cocoa to this mighty foreign-style stout. It will transport you to a dark realm where you just might feel Immortal. 4. UPDRAFT
[Anniversary Maibock / 6.5%]
As hawks that migrate in the spring are aided by the air currents rising from mountain ridges, so will this uplifting lager help us all through these trying times. The golden hue, pleasant malty character and soft finish will surely lift your spirits. This year's malts include Pilsner, Munich, and Acidulated Malt with a complimentary addition of Mandarina Bavaria hops.5. 1516
[South German Pilsner / 5.0%]
Named after the original beer purity law, this refreshing lager is brewed with German Pilsner malt and Germany-grown Saaz hops. Brewed in the South-German style, it has a solid malt body and a firm but soft bitterness derived from the noble hops. It has an aroma of hay, grass and subtle spice followed by the crisp flavor of malt, hops and stone fruits.6. DAFFODIL
[India Pale Ale / 7.9%]
Meet Daffodil. She belongs to Tim, one of our partners here at the brewery, and she is a lot. A black lab-beagle mix originally from South Carolina, now living her best life in Pennsylvania. We packed the hop bill with Mosaic, Galaxy, Simcoe Cryo & Riwaka for a brew that’s bright, hazy, and loaded with soft tropical punch. Fiercely independent, a little wild, and impossible not to love… just like the dog on the can.7. HAWK TALK
[American Pale Ale / 5.7%]
Inspired by the progenitor of the style this American classic was brewed with US 2-row and caramel malt, then hopped with Cascade strictly on the hot side. The malty backbone supports the piney, citrusy hop character for a balanced and flavorful Pale Ale.
Brewed in memory of Danny Bauer, with proceeds donated to The Raptor Trust in Millington, NJ in his honor.8. CARNELIAN
[Amber Rye Ale / 4.5%]
This gem was brewed with crystal rye malt, which lends the color and a toasted caramel note. It has a peppery dryness to the finish while Hüll Melon and HS09326 hops complement with subtle flavors of fruit and spice.9. AFTER MANY WINTERS
[Pear Saison / 6.5%]
Michigan grown Bosc and Bartlett pears were added to a wheat-heavy saison base during the secondary fermentation to complement and enhance the character of the yeast. The results feature a pleasant sweetness with the pear subtly mingling with the spicy, perfumy esters leading to a crisp, dry finish.10. CAN'T BE TAMED
[NEIPA / 7.0%]
Can’t Be Tamed (NEIPA)- Brewed with the assistance of the ladies on our staff, this hazy and juicy IPA features the latest Pink Boots blend of hops. Notes of citrus and stone fruits are evident with a touch of mango in the finish.11. BIRDSONG
[Kolsch / 4.7%]
German malts provide a light, crisp, bready character while noble German Hallertau hop lends a soft, subtle bitterness with floral and hay-like notes. It’s the ideal springtime sipper!12. CHERRY DAEDALION
[American Wheat / 4.0%]
Named after a character from Ovid’s Metamorphoses who was transformed into a hawk by Apollo, this American-style Wheat Ale will soar into your heart with a feathery touch of Crystal hops that round out the refreshing, bready character derived from wheat and our special blended yeast. The addition of Michigan-grown Montmorency tart cherries to our “crushable” wheat ale transforms it into a crisp and fruity delight. STONEY ROAD

[Hibernian Pub Ale / 4.2%]
Special American malts create the deep golden hue and the full, malty flavor. A light addition of Perle hops bring some balance making it the ideal session ale.OUT OF FOCUS
