1. GHOST HAWK LAGER[Kellerbier / 5.0%] Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.

2. APEX PREDATOR[New England IPA / 6.8%] At the top of the food chain this New England-style IPA will sink its talons into your palate with loads of fruity character derived from Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.

3. BALATON[Winter Wheat + Cherries / 6.5%] Hungarian Balaton cherries are added to our American Winter Wheat imparting a deep red hue and sweet/tart character.

4. TONSURE[Belgian Tripel / 9.0%] Brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt, Belgian candy syrup and a special blend of yeasts, this special ale was aged for five weeks before release. It’s packed with notes of plums, Concord grape and candied spice. The strength is deceptive so enjoy in moderation lest you awake in a monastery with a funny looking haircut.

5. BEIRA[Strong Scotch Ale / 8.3%] Scottish legend tells of Dark Beira, an old hag who roamed the wilderness and was known as the Queen of Winter. Our tribute to this supreme goddess is a strong, malty, complex ale, which was fermented cool and aged cold. It will certainly fortify you against the wrath of her biting winds.

6. DARK LANTERN[13° Tmavè Pivo / 4.5%] Our first Czech-style Dark Lager has a roasty aroma, a complex malty flavor complimented with a hint of Czech Saaz hops, a smooth texture and a soft finish. It's surprisingly quaffable for a dark beer. Na zdravi!

7. MISGUIDED RETRIBUTION[Hazy Pale Ale / 5.7%] The combination of Simcoe, Riwaka, & Mosaic hops impart a pronounced flavor and aroma of pink grapefruit along with more subtle notes of stone fruits, mango and orange. It's hazy, juicy, complex and satisfying.

8. BLOODWING[Red India Pale Ale / 7.8%] With a dank aroma of citrusy hops, a medium body and pronounced bitterness supported by a substantial malt profile, this amber IPA is complex and strong. El Dorado hops are prominent while Citra and NZ Moutere enhance the hop profile.
